October
I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted. October has been extremely busy for me that it’s hard to keep up. Juggling a full time job, plus a new business, taking care of my fur baby, celebrating back to back weddings, celebrating my dad’s birthday, plus my birthday, and also Peanut’s birthday, and packing to move to our new home has been overwhelming. However, it’s going to be all worth it at the end.
Yes, I’m moving again, however I will save that for an upcoming blog.
The weddings have been wonderful. I got to see all my family two weekends in a row, which made me super happy. Especially going through a tough time with my IVF process. Not sure if my IVF will be pushed back again, but we’ll see when the time comes. I’m not trying to get too excited anymore. It seems like when I do get excited, there is always a set back. Family time was much needed. We don’t even have to talk about my IVF, just being with them makes my heart feel whole.
People have asked me how my weight lost have been going. I’m going to keep it real. I haven’t lost anything since my last weigh in, however I didn’t gain back the weight either. I think the weight loss will start back up again soon since I don’t have anything else to celebrate until my birthday, but that’s about 3 weeks from now.
Right now we are having a hard time going to the gym. The closest 24 hour fitness is about 15 minutes from our place, but we would have to take the freeway. Doesn’t sound so bad, right? However the times we are able to work out happens to be rush hour so it’ll take us about 30 minutes or more to just drive to the gym.
My birthday was wonderful. My husband took the day off so he could spend the day with me. He asked what I wanted to do. All I wanted to do was eat good Chinese food and watch YouTube all day. However we had other plans. Spontaneous plans I guess you can say. I did get to eat good Chinese food, but I wasn’t able to watch YouTube all day. We signed a lease to our new home. A place where we are much happier, but again, I’ll save that for later.
Here are a couple of pictures I took the month of October.
After all the celebrations for the month of October, my husband and I are focusing more on our business. Marketing strategies, our social media game, and maybe hiring a coach who can help us scale our business to the next level. We are very fortunate to have sales everyday, but there is always room for improvement. We are also thinking about our next product!
